SecurElite is licensed to instruct and provide the State of California "mandatory" Security Officer Training course that ALL Security Officers within the state are required to go through in order to obtain a license to work as a Security Officer. They must have this license in their possession prior to working in the field as an Officer. Due to government cut-backs and/or government office closures, the timeframes between when the Applicant completing the course, and receiving their license is now exceeding 45-60 days. In the interim... these Applicants need to work! As SecurElite processes an average of 25 Security Officer Applicants per week, a (pool) of available personnel thus becomes available to work in other areas, pending their license approval. On average, our organization has between 75-100 personnel available to work on any given day, and in a wide array of categories such as:
SecurElite does not provide our Training Course without first completing a COMPLETE FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK, which the Applicant must initially pay for. If the Applicants background is cleared, only then will we will proceed with the Training Course! When approved by the state and their license is received, the Applicant may choose to work through our Security Division as a Security Officer. If so, SecurElite will then reimburse them for the background check after 90-days of employment.
