SecurElite’s Level IV Officers have completed the required prerequisites of a Level I & Level II, and Level III Officer, and employment with our organization may not be less than two (2) years. In addition, these Officers must have a completed Field Evaluation as a “Level III Officer” with a rating of 95% or higher, successfully complete a review and Oral Interview with a panel consisting of the President / CEO, the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer. Level IV Officers must have additionally achieved and/or be enrolled in college courses, by which our organization provides financial assistance for, within the areas of Loss Prevention as well as Business and Financial Management. In order for SecurElite to continue providing financial assistance, the Officer must maintain a 3.0 GPA at all times. Level IV Officers are considered Branch Managers, or their equivalent, however; they may not be assigned a Branch. Many of our Level IV Officers are assigned as Security Directors or Consultants for our larger clientele. They have once again demonstrated their complete competence and absolute dedication and loyalty toward SecurElite, the Client(s) they service, and the Employees subordinate to them. SecurElite clientele are assured that all Level IV Officers will have successfully completed and/or will have received, professional training as outlined within LEVEL I, LEVEL II, & LEVEL III, as well as within the following areas:
Level IV Officers are at their peak Field performance levels, and truly are SecurElites “Cream of the Crop!” Every aspect of the industries operations, as well as the organizations specific Field Operations has now been covered.
As with our Level III Officers, Level IV Officers may be authorized to be placed into an “Armed,” or “Semi-Armed” capacity through SecurElite! In this manner, our Managers and Executive Staff have had ample time to evaluate the applicable Officers character and demeanor, so as to “safely” place the Officer in to this type of capacity.
To date, SecurElite is proud to say that due to their continuous efforts to improve upon themselves and the organization, two (2) Level IV Officers have gone on to achieve part ownership of SecurElite through our extremely unique Stock Option Program.
