SecurElite’s Level III Officers have completed the required prerequisites of a Level I & Level II Officer, and employment with our organization may not be less than one (1) year. In addition, these Officers must have a completed Field Evaluation as a “Level II Officer” with a rating of 90% or higher, successfully complete a review and Oral Interview with the Vice President / Field Operations, as well as pass a Written Examination on “Advanced Supervisory Skills” – achieving a score no less than a 90%.
Level III Officers are considered Field, Site, and Training Supervisors, and are Entry Level Branch Management. They have not only demonstrated their complete competence, but in addition; their absolute dedication and loyalty toward SecurElite, the Client(s) they service, and the Employees subordinate to them. Now having extensive training and experience under their belts, these Officers are truly the “Front-Line” of SecurElites overall Operation.
SecurElite clientele are assured that all Level III Officers will have successfully completed and/or will have received, professional training as outlined within LEVEL I & LEVEL II, as well as within the following areas:
Officers at this Level are encouraged to continue advancing themselves within SecurElite, the industry in general, and through college courses in Criminal Justice by which our organization provides financial assistance for.
Though any licensed Security Officer (through SecurElite or otherwise), and at any time, may obtain the credentials to do so, only Level III Officers and above may be authorized to be placed into an “Armed,” or “Semi-Armed” capacity through SecurElite! In this manner, our Managers and Executive Staff have had ample time to evaluate the applicable Officers character and demeanor, so as to “safely” place the Officer in to this type of capacity.
All too many security organizations hire and place these Officers directly off the street! SecurElites process however, is quite extensive! An array of psychological profiling is compiled; Employee files are scrutinized thoroughly by the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President. And “Final” approval for any armed SecurElite Officer can only be given by the President and Chief Executive Officer; himself an active Police Officer and SWAT Team Leader. On-going training is then CONTINUOUS!!
