SecurElite’s Level II Officers have completed the required prerequisites of a Level I Officer, and must have been employed with our organization for a period of no less than 3-months. In addition, these Officers must have a completed Field Evaluation as a “Level I Officer” with a rating of 90% or higher, successfully complete a review and Oral Interview with Branch Management, as well as pass a Written Examination on “SecurElite / Basic Supervisory Skills” – achieving a score no less that a 90%.
All of SecurElites Officers are “required” to reach this Level within three (3) to four (4) months of their employment with us, without exception. This Level is considered to be an Entry Level – Supervisory position, whereas the Officer has not simply learned their assigned positioned, but has additionally learned the overall “basics” of the entire Field Operation itself and what it entails. To this degree, while other security organizations simply assigns Guards, SecurElite assigns Officers, then provides them with the knowledge of the “why’s” of what we do, and how we do it.
Level II Officers are strongly encouraged to advance further, however it is not “required.” SecurElite clientele are assured that all Officers of Level II will have successfully completed and/or will have received, professional training as outlined within LEVEL I, as well as within the following areas:
Officers of this caliper have proven themselves to be a valued asset to both SecurElite and our Clients. Having “performance” at the forefront of all they do, these Officers are also acutely aware of the importance of Client Communication, and practice it. While maintaining close communication with Branch Management, Level II Officers are placed in to the position of maintaining one-on-one contact with their assigned Client, resolving issues as they may occur, or simply assisting in whatever manner possible – so as to ensure Client Satisfaction.
NOTE: SecurElite does not allow for Officers below a Level III status to be “Armed” or “Semi-Armed,” and then only after extensive critiques, evaluations and reviews have been completed to our satisfaction.
