SecurElite’s Level I Officers have completed the required prerequisites of a Trainee, must have been employed with our organization for a period of no less than 30-days, must have a completed Field Evaluation as a “Trainee” with a rating of 85% or higher, and pass an “Overview” Written Examination – achieving a score no less that a 90%.
These Officers have proven themselves to be professional, reliable, capable, and sincere in their desire to continue their employment with SecurElite, and to continue their upward mobility within the company, and the field. We believe our Level I Officers to be the equivalent of many other security organizations (seasoned) Guards.
Our Level I Officers are not simply “tasked” with achieving continued upward mobility; it is demanded from them! SecurElite continuously pushes its Employees to achieve more and more; educationally and professionally. As within a Trainee capacity, Officers are required to achieve a Level II status within the first three (3) to four (4) months of their employment with us. Failure to do will first result in a Verbal Warning, a Written Warning secondly, and ultimate termination if the Officer does not comply with our Standards. It is our belief that an Officers failure to move upward to Level II reflects a lack of motivation and desire to continuously improve, and will (within the overall picture), eventually affect their on-the-job performance if left unchecked.
SecurElite clientele are assured that all Officers of Level I statuses are striving to achieve Level II, and will have successfully completed and/or will have received, professional training in the following areas:
Having received training in the above areas as well as applying SecurElites philosophy of “Continuous Improvement” however, does not guarantee a successful security program – or a perfect Officer. In fact, far from it; as mistakes can (and will) be made! Through proper Client, Company and Officer Communications however, mistakes and/or other areas of improvement are immediately addressed and resolved.
NOTE: SecurElite does not allow for Officers below a Level III status to be “Armed” or “Semi-Armed,” and then only after extensive critiques, evaluations and reviews have been completed to our satisfaction.
