SecurElite’s formidably recognized Security Consulting Team provides sound, proven and cost effective solutions to business crime issues. Our approach in evaluations and loss prevention ensures that recommendations made to our clients directly support the goals of other key corporate functions, including Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Internal Audits.
Our services include security surveys and audits, development and evaluation of security programs, security awareness training, and security executive searches. All work is performed by experienced security professionals, and never delegated or assigned to other, less competent personnel. We are not purely physical or engineering experts focused principally upon hardware or guards.
Due to the very nature of “Professional Security Consultation” this Division of SecurElite must remain segregated from all other Divisions that may supply any product or service which might be recommend during a consultation, with the possible exception of our Investigations Division. Thus, we will (under no circumstances,) critique our own security team or operation; and will never advice the use of them. As your security management consultants, we do not accept commissions, fees or any form of compensation, other than our “Fee for Services, billed to our client.
Our Consulting Division always takes a proactive approach to the cost effective protection of people, assets, value and reputation. We have extensive experience in evaluating, developing, implementing, and overseeing security for manufacturing, transportation, residential, commercial, chemical facilities, office buildings, and much, much more.
The Consultation Division of SecurElite has never recommended more security than is appropriate or necessary – nor will we ever! In fact, we have often found (for example), that the better use and enforcement of existing resources and processes, along with the fostering of positive security awareness and ownership by employees can (and often do) significantly heighten protection with little extra cost.
Our Consultants, in conjunction with our Investigators, have served as court-qualified expert witnesses in many workplace violence and security-related litigations. We understand the liabilities involving security, and bring to that, our planning and recommendations.
