Our founder, Mr. Rod Dinnel, has held executive management positions within the industry for over 20 years, with large, small, and organizations in between. All had one vital operating philosophy missing; the need for “Honesty” and “Ethics” to stand side-by-side with “Quality,” in what has (unfortunately) become a very dishonest & unethical industry.

Mr. Dinnel actually left the industry for a period of over 2-years, vowing never to return until (if ever), such a time came that would allow him to “do it right!”
